History

The house was almost certainly built after 1913, as it doesn't appear on the 1913 map of Haverford, but it existed by 1924, where the Bryant family is listed as living there.

In 1933, Edward Sr., a police detective with access to a gun, shot himself in the head in his locked room. He died the following morning, and was only 45.

The family lived in the home until at least 1937, before moving. Rosalind moved temporarily, but came back to Llanerch between 1948 and 1952. She would live in the Park Court Apartments in Upper Darby until her death in the 1960s.

Robert Krida and his wife lived in the home at least between 1961 and 1963. The Femia family lived there from 1964 until an unclear time. The house sold in 1996 to the Zinsmaiers, a couple from Baden (Germany), for $220,000, and they sold the home to the Bonner family in 2002 for $330,000. The Bonners sold the house in 2021 for $649,000.
